Yes. It uses crypto.getRandomValues, the browser's cryptographic random source, and avoids bias when picking characters.
Is the password saved anywhere?
No. It exists only on this page until you close it. Store it in your password manager.
Is it safe to use Password Generator with my files?
Yes. Your files are never uploaded — they're processed only inside your browser. Every page is served with a policy that blocks outgoing connections (Content-Security-Policy connect-src 'none'), and the counter in the bottom-left shows the data sent: 0 bytes.
